Need extra help with your Genealogy research?

If you are looking for assistance in your journey please let us know. We have many talented genealogist experts volunteering at the Doris Foley Library for Historical Research. The fees for research are $15/hour; $0.20 per page for copies; and obituary look up + photocopy is $5 each. All mailed items require postage. Our researchers can scan copies for you and send as an attachment via email for the hourly fees after payment is received.

Friends of the Nevada County Libraries provides Ancestry.com for use at the Doris Foley Library on our public computers. The Library also provides HeritageQuest Online from any computer with a Nevada County Library card. Start your research today!
